You can follow how their „child” grows on an everyday basis. This is possible because we have been working with this client for years, we have a very good contact with them, without the typical client-supplier interaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • conducting end-to-end recruitment process: from gathering requirements, publishing the job opportunities, sourcing and identifying the A-players (talents), doing the screening calls for managing the interviews and choosing the right candidate with recruitment manager according to client needs;
  • building long-term relationships with candidates;
  • sourcing candidates with diverse platforms and recruitment tools;
  • providing market employment trends, recruitment and sourcing tactics;
  • recruiting for all teams (Front-End/Back-End Devs, FS Devs, DevOps, QA’a, Cloud and other technical profiles);
  • managing internal database (ATS);
  • collecting and analyzing data and trends about the labor market in IT industry;
  • you will be working very close with technical recruiters.

What do we require?

  • experience in the IT field (at least 4  year of experience);
  • interest in development in recruiting area;
  • strong self-motivation and positive attitude;
  • good planning, organizational skills;
  • relationship building and good communication skills;
  • english Language (communicative – at least B2 level).
